My autistic son ordered this tape without my permission. I immediately tried to cancel the order by contacting the seller. I didn't hear from them for a few days, but they refused to cancel the item and shipped it instead. When they did contact me, it was to tell me they don't do cancelations. They said they are short-staffed and don't have time to go through all their messages. They then offered me a partial refund, which I refused. I returned the item for the full refund. Very frustrating!
