I wanted to see if we could fix it somehow but I didn’t get any response. Not sure why they just couldn’t answer my question. I ended up finding another person willing to help me . I don’t like leaving negative feedback but if I could at least been given a reply and they try to help then I wouldn’t have left negative feedback. 😟
