    Hi, they just cut from the parent tree at the time receiving your order and wrapped with moisture paper, sending to you. How come they are dried?

    Dry, tiny, can't grafting.

    The buyer may not know how to graft trees. The cutting I just cut from the parent tree. It is more than 3/8" and it is still green as the picture showing. It is the best cuttings for grafting. I do know why it is tinny and dry!
