    this archery string was too short for my bow, so i returned it to this company, however I sent the wrong string in the first package so had to resend the proper string at more cost, then this happened " it was not delivered, according to the company " so they would not refund my money. I have been in conversation with them, and offered of a part repayment, but that was rejected. I am out of pocket of first payment and 2 lots of postage . This company needs to treat its customers better!

    You ordered the incorrect string to start with, which prompted the return. In the first instance you sent a string not purchased from us. You then stated you sent the original string with Royal Mail without tracking or insurance, which never arrived. Why do you feel we should be footing the bill due to the incompetence of others? You also bypassed using the eBay returns system which did not help.
