I bought a macbook during my wife's vacation in the USA, she brought it to my country.
In my country, we discovered a problem in the battery, the seller offered to send it back but it was very expensive to ship it to the USA. So a local technical service solved the problem and the seller paid for the battery replacement.
The macbook is a 2020. The local tech service checked it and except for the battery problem (which was fixed) everything is perfect, like new.
