Seller shipped this item very promptly. Upon arrival dimensions of item found to be twice as big as expected. Seller accommodated the request to return, by promptly refunding item. The problem arises because there appears to be a practice among the suppliers of these products in China to describe items using inappropriate items (in this instance describing the item as "1/2 inch", but supplying a "1 inch", and "1/4 inch" but supplying "1/2 inch" while metric measurements in mm are accurate.
