Soldering is removed also so if you're like me and either too lazy or too scared to touch this repair because of soldering, now you don't have to worry! I originally went to return the item because I found a locking mechanism to be snapped off on one of the ribbon cables inside my console, but after a little DIY I managed to make it work, and the laser did it's job perfectly once I fixed that!
