Power cord work but not AV cord...it won't come on tv screen said no signal. I'm disappointed and had to buy HMDI cord for it.

Customer never emailed us or we could have helped. PS3 needs to be taken out of HDMI mode for the A/V multi out port to function. Press and hold the power button until it beeps, keep holding it, until it beeps a second time. That will get the PS3 out of HDMI mode and it will output to the A/V multi out.
