    Product arrived faster than expected, the packaging was excellent i could have thrown it off a cliff and it would have been fine l, the laptop is just as described if not better, it was priced very well and I will say if you make an offer with them and its something you really want then take the first offer they send you. There was some risk in the purchase, but the price was more than fair and the pictured documents were an accurate representation of all of the options and extra features that were installed.
