    I reached out to the seller because the shipping was a week late. Seller said they have been having problems with the Post Office. No doubt when you do not properly package items in boxes that fit. Seller stated the item was in good usable condition. It was not. It was a horrible value for the price. Seller needs to quit being cheap and package items with some protection. I wanna avoid the seller at all costs. This was my second purchase from seller both negative experiences.

    Second-hand Puppet Productions puppet, which I am happy to have. Item was shipped swiftly. Now for the bad: the packing was disappointing. Item was placed in a thin plastic mailer without bubble-wrap, padding or any protection around puppet inside. Mailman crammed it into my mailbox, and plastic was already ripped open, exposing the puppet. This is very bad for the integrity of a puppet such as this . A box with bubble wrap, packing peanuts or even tissue paper is what should have been used.
