    The item was very poorly packaged considering it was a hummel figurine. The item arrived in several pieces and is unrepairable. The seller accepts no fault for the poor packaging. They suggested going to the post office to try filing a claim. Never again with this seller. Save yourself the aggravation. There are many other sellers out there who stand by what they sell. See photo of how it was delivered.

    A lesson learned to take pictures inside the box of any item which could break. There is no bubble wrap in the picture which was used for packaging. Nothing was said about any damage to the box causing the break. It certainly would have been smashed. Yes, the buyer paid for the shipping which the post office states whoever has the receipt. It is the right method to file a claim. .
