    Shipping and packaging were great, well wrapped. However, the doll arrived with a large chip in its ceramic boot. Did not find the missing piece in the packaging or in the the box. The picture shows the doll with no damage. I would have just glued the piece back on, if it was available, but it wasn’t….mystery. So, can’t really say it was described correctly, but it was a very good value. Thank you.
