    Seller falsely advertised that the item would ship from the USA, but it was actually sent from China. Upon arrival, the item was defective. When I requested a return, the seller refused and insisted I ship it to Australia—an expensive option. They were unhelpful throughout the process, and I had to involve eBay to finally get a refund. Would not recommend.
