Buyer spammed messages, & claim channel because UPS did not deliver the package. I assured him Ebay and UPS would take care of it. Next morning, UPS notified me the package was found & would be delivered today. When I relay info to the buyer, he says that this is my fault & he wants a refund. I call back the package. Then I noticed that I could not issue a refund because he put in a claim. ebay froze the funds. He delayed his own refund. over 100 messages in 1 hour.
