      This was a very rare WW1 Naval Officer’s overcoat, actually M1897 with modifications. There’s not even 1 per year available typically. The description was accurate and the photos extensive but not exhaustive. Many things to study on it! Communication was prompt and friendly. Shipping was relatively quick by FedEx and seller combined with the same officer’s boat cloak. Packaging had each item wrapped in plastic so resistant to water & bugs. Buy here!
