Now for the bad: the packing was disappointing. Item was placed in a thin plastic mailer without bubble-wrap, padding or any protection around puppet inside. Mailman crammed it into my mailbox, and plastic was already ripped open, exposing the puppet. This is very bad for the integrity of a puppet such as this . A box with bubble wrap, packing peanuts or even tissue paper is what should have been used.
