The item is as advertised. There are no instructions, included with this item. All of these loose parts, are in a Clear Plastic Zip lock bag with no label. It would have been better, if there were some kind of instructions, on how to use All of these loose parts. I think the price, should be lower, because these parts are made in China and bulk package.

Contacted the seller and they were not able to send a replacement device, but they did offer a refund without me having to ask them. So, I'm disappointed at not getting a working item, but also happy with the sellers timely response and willingness to make things right. I will be more than happy to do business with them in the future.
