You can store it on your counter because it's a compact 11 inches tall and 8 inches wide. A sturdy handle makes up one side of the food processor, which makes it easy to hold during your salad making. With the ability to cut through both soft and hard foods, the powerful motor of the Presto Professional SaladShooter makes this a handy tool.Cut lettuce into manageable pieces by using one of the four funnels that slides right into the side of the salad shooter. Choose among the slicer, shredder, chopper, and blender funnels. These are interchangeable on the electric appliance, and they stack neatly for storage. This slicer/shredder appliance is wired with a polarized plug for your kitchen electrical outlets. That means that as a safety feature, one blade of the plug is wider than the other.This device is also useful for preparing soups, cheese, pizza, tacos, potatoes, nuts, and desserts. You can even use it to slice bread. Each shredding cone slides into the electric Presto professional unit with a locking ring that holds the assembly firmly together. You'll find the on/off button on the handle, which makes it easy to activate the unit when you're ready.The sturdy construction of the SaladShooter gives you maximum control when using it because the plastic is formed into one continuous piece with few seams as connection points.
