He thought this was NIB, but it wasn't, kit is actually two boxes. So, this was missing the second box of parts (which also included the instructions). The single box can perhaps become something with a lot of scratch building. He doesn't want Box 1 of 2 back, if I find a source for the missing parts we will negotiate a price to him for what he sent.

The order arrived on time, was well-packed, and included paper copies of the ebay purchase order and the seller's receipt. Now that's good customer service!
