    The item never arrived. The seller is not very helpful and I had to keep on following up. And buyer be aware, as the item is not located in Austria as listed. It is in fact in Bulgaria. The tracking information from Bulgaria post office did not change for over 50 days, listed as “awaiting for departure”. I. Received the most ridiculous explanation from post office via the seller - the tracking information would not update until it reaches the destination. country.

The tracking information we provided was correct: as per Universal Postal Union (UPU) rules, standard international post tracking only updates in the origin and destination countries, not in transit between them. Unfortunately, the item was declared lost by Australian Post after arrival. As soon as this was confirmed, we issued a full and immediate refund. We apologize for the postal service's failure
