They were listed as being in Good condition, and the description said: "Disc in good condition with little or no scratches at all." with no pictures of the actual discs in the photos. However one of them had a sizable gnarly looking scratch about an inch in size. I'm not personally too picky about condition as long as it plays, which it did seem to, but if that's something that concerns you I'd consider asking the seller for more photos.
