    so 8 days after buying this radio, i get a message saying it has been refunded because it was dropped, so cant be sent, we have never heard that one before right? so i went back to say please send images of the damage to avoid poor feedback, then i was told the item had been dispose of! oh, i see so it was simply thrown away was it?? anyway i had to apply for my own refund, which i did get straight away. this was a total absolute waste of my time.

    It’s not rocket science, not sure why to you throwing away a £25.00 broken stereo after it became damaged in storage is out of this world. I sent a very apologetic message alongside offering a full a refund and compensation for the time wasted due to the fact. What do you expect I did when I discovered it was broken? Very hard to understand why you’re so doubtful and dis trusting of what is a simple situation and truth. Anyway. Thanks for the feedback
