When a customer is buying a book and the dust cover is torn, then the seller should specifically disclose this information - as opposed to referring to a general overall condition. How can you display a book with a torn cover? The book otherwise has a bland/blank material binding. The seller then desires for the buyer to then pay for the shipping to make things right. Cannot recommend.
