    Placed an order and it said free shipping. Upon recieving the tracking information and it getting shipped to my state the DHL shipping refused to ship and added a hidden shipping fee. They claimed it was to pay for tariff and customs. I called them multiple time to which they would hang up on me and refuse to give me information on my package. When ordering from temp, wish or another app that ships from Japan, China or Korea, I have never had to make an account with the shipper and pay a fee
