    item was secured in its original box then wrapped in packing paper and then secured in a thick normal box and shipped to you. You opened the box with a knife and cut the front plastic and the box then messaged me that the item was damaged in shipping. I advised that the item was not damaged but the box that you cut was damaged but because I accept returns I advised you to follow ebays return policy, which is to request a return and get the return label and ship back. I have not gotten item back
