I did have a problem with the usb shorting out not letting me start the PC. I’m hoping it’s the metal open air case I use to test platforms. It might be making contact somewhere. When I got past bios and into windows and than experienced the problem with the short, Windows would give me an error saying one of the usb ports is drawing to much power. I’d get a similar error in bios too.
