The shipping costs for this rating are reflected as $13.56 but if we order 4 postcards weighing 4 ounces how can that amount be accurate for combined shipping when all 4 postcards arrived in one envelope ground transportation weighing 4 ounces and less that a couple hundred miles shipped?
