The seller stuffed an expensive dress into a tiny 8x10 envelope, leaving it balled up and damaging the boning. When I contacted her, her response was that it was “more important” I receive it quickly than properly packaged — as if speed matters more than the item arriving in the condition I paid for. A halfhearted “sorry” doesn’t undo the damage. For the price, I expected care and professionalism. I would not recommend this seller!
