After a number of emails I had to send back the item and reclaim the postage. I received the cost of the item promptly but struggled to get back the full amount of the postage despite copious emails. Customer services were helpful but system is bureaucratic and ultimately they failed to make any difference. Still not got a full refund. Overall a lot of time wasted which was due to incorrect advertising.
