- u***8 (2)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseDisk shelf arrived in horrible condition, looked nothing like the photo. Damage to the unit, some disk caddies won’t insert or remove. Iom6’s don’t work. Seller tried to blame shipping but he didn’t insure the shipment either. He told me he could refund $65 otherwise he would lose money… oh then he stopped responding. What a joke.

It was not packaged well and was literally loose in the box and was damaged. The seller did ship a replacement power supply, but the poor packaging still resulted in the chassis being bent which I was able to use pliers to bend almost back in shape. For what was paid, would have expected better packaging and no issues. I have since bough 3 more of the same from other sellers for less with much better packaging and no unit issues.
