It’s high quality too, the box was wrecked from shipping and the basket was fine. The mechanism is really good quality too. Everyone I’ve showed this to has started laughing and saying “no way!” And what a good idea etc. 11/10 would definitely order again and the buyer was great with how quickly they shipped it too

Ended up asking to cancel and refund but they had apparently sent the replacement by this time (nearly a month later) and didn't tell me the tracking number till the day before it turned up. Very sloppy service leading to a negative experience, definitely won't be buying from chalet essentials again. Avoid.
