Seller contacted me fairly quickly and said that he couldn't find the card--do I want a replacement or a refund. I opted for a refund (I wanted a "batting picture" of the player and a distinct autograph. He sent the refund immediately. No hassle at all. Super good and clear communication. Anyway, the seller sends me a complementary signed card by way of apology. Totally unexpected.
