    This seller is pretty awesome. They were super communicative to me. They were clear about what steps they would take to package the CRT (a massive old TV) to make sure it wouldn't break in packaging. They put a lot of care into it and really know how to take care of the product. This was a big deal because the last time I purchased a CRT on eBay it arrived broken. This product arrived perfectly and they were good to work with. They also did an additional test/VHS check for me on the product!
