I told him I was only interested in item I won or a refund. Afterwards, he sent a refund based on "buyer wanted to cancel transaction." I did not want a cancellation. I wanted the item I won. My only fault is not reading the rest of his negative/neutral feedback. Japanese are honorable. Not all. Lesson learned.
