Once I was able to reprogram the remote with my fireplace unit, it came on no problem. Everything is in order so far! Shipping came as expected. Packaging was taped at all seams to keep bubble wrap together. A bit higher price than I wanted to pay with exchange overall but isn't an eyesore so I'm happy. Photo is my remote buttons compared to the replacement remote.
