      Ordered August 4th and still have not received item. Have to wait 3 weeks apparently for seller or Ebay to even begin to do anything. $200+ chainsaw bar purchased. Moved 1hr from seller according to UPS tracking and hasn't moved since the 6th. Was told by seller to wait longer incase it was on a truck across country and no response wait a few more days initially and then let's see what UPS does about it after the 21st

      I don't have any control over what UPS does. Buyer filed a claim, UPS said to wait 8 days for resolution. I refunded him in full. I know I'm the contact point and understand that, but we shipped it the next day after he ordered. I can't help what UPS does. We refunded the buyer in full.
