    Received the item and the quality seemed off compared to my other baggies bought directly from Patagonia. Contacted Patagonias counterfeit department where they confirmed that the pants were not authentic. I reached out to the seller to give him the benefit of the doubt but the seller was very defensive and told me my only option was to pay to return them.

    These are 100 percent authentic Patagonia and the buyer provided no proof otherwise. She stated fabric was “different”, however the fabric does change depending on how the pattern is made. I gladly offered to have her return them for a full refund, less shipping fees. No contact back, just left this false claim that they were counterfeit. If you look at all of the other barely baggies Patagonia short’s feedback, they are all positive. These shorts are new with tags, 100% Patagonia.
