I had problems with Tracfone trying to assist me telling me wrong info on the service plan which they said didn't exist, but after talking to a few Tracfone customer service people I finally got someone who knew what they were doing & helped me complete the process & I got my data, minutes & texts finally added to my plan. It was a great value, although I had a bit of difficulty loading it online to my phone. I got a message that I would lose all of my current minutes and time if I proceeded with loading it. I immediately stopped the transmission and called Tracfone's Customer Service. I explained the problem and I was told that they had run across this problem a number of times, so they updated everything on the spot. Success!
