I should have turned the pc off before I did the installation. So since one of the gpu fans was missing a wing/fin, itcaused the entire PC to shake so I had to remove the broken fan and replace it with the closest one I could find. It was actually a pain in the back to do. The fans on these gpus are too brittle.
