Although the bubble wrap around the base was done well, there should have been a lot more put around inside to keep the base from moving. When I received the package, it was just about open! The tape used to seal the package should have been heavy duty, wrapped around several times. When I saw the condition it was in, I thought I would have to send it back! I have used it a couple times and it seems to be okay. Hopefully that's a good sign.
