It didn't come with the other ear tip sizes, but it didn't explicitly say that it did. That value was pretty great though. Quality wise was great and it performed like it would normally. The Appearance was okay but there were a couple of scratches on the out side of the case that made it look clearly used before. Overall it was pretty good but I would have liked to know about the scratches on the outside of the case.
