There was a slight hold-up at customs and a slight mistake by Royal Mail , it got sent back to Heathrow when it should’ve been at Maidstone. They corrected their mistake and I got it a day after it should’ve been delivered. In fact, I went and picked it up. It was in a large box filled up with polystyrene and bubble wrap and the RZ1 itself was wrapped in bubble wrap. Excellent packaging, thank you very much
