It arrived damaged, obviously due to the heavy metal object not securely packaged. One of the main components (the plug) was broken into 3 pieces. After providing photos, they rended me $25 for $170 purchase. Totally ridiculous! I may still pursue actions from my credit card company due to their negligence.
