      two bad drives on order, initially only identified 1 as bad and started return. Found second drive bad however I already opened a return. Seller instructed me to return both with original order, however I only got a refund for 1 drive and returned 2. Seller was quick to respond on previous inquires but then no response when I messaged them about only getting refund for 1 of the 2 drives I returned.

      Dear customer, we just double checked the Order Details for this transaction, we did issue full refund $308, which is $280 plus $28 sales tax collected by eBay. I think you can call eBay to let them know: you did not receive the money, and we (the seller) already issued refund. Sorry for the inconvenience.
