- n***0 (1070)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseFor some reason my Eufy homebase 3 was having issues formatting and therefore wouldn't accept the SSD. The seller accepted the return and issued a full refund. The seller tried to help but unfortunately I wasn't able to rectify the issue. Many thanks for your help 🙏Reply from: soton_25- Feedback replied by seller soton_25.- Feedback replied by seller soton_25.Purchase successfully safely returned. SSD was partitioned which prevented buyer from using it. Once returned and connected to Windows was possible to remove the partition, reformat the drive and item was proved to be fully functional. Buyer did not have access to a PC to do this themselves hence the return. Nice to deal with, sorry it didn't work out.
