    The buyer asked for a partial refund without returning the item and said they’d leave negative feedback if I didn’t agree. eBay policy requires a return, not partial refunds. Eventually, the buyer returned the item, and I issued a full refund right away. In these cases, a refund is always available. I strive to make all listings as accurate as possible and right away work to solve any discrepancies. If there are ever any issues, I will and do proceed with immeadately accepting returns.
