- r***l (170)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseLovely clock, was shipped out right away. Feedback regarding how it was packaged: it was shipped in plenty of packing peanuts, but the chains weren't secured. Cuckoo clocks are usually shipped with a wire or something securing the chains. Both were disconnected from the gears, one was tangled up inside the body on parts of the movement. Something else is unhooked that will be tricky to reach. The jostling during transport doesn't appear to have caused permanent damage to the movement.
