It was missing the NFC keys, had hardware snapped off inside the unit, and missing atleast one of every type of hardware needed to install and secure everything. Was shipped in a timely manner. I had contacted about all the missing hardware and heard nothing back once I provided pictures and the details. Was not new as stated and very obviously used.
