This seller just threw these off white curtains in a box and shipped them. Why wouldn’t you cover off white curtains with plastic or something? Terrible packaging. And these were not new. The metal install tabs were missing from both pairs. How can you claim new if parts are missing. The other seller included them. You didn't ask for a return or say there was anything wrong with them, so I am assuming they arrived as expected? Now they have to be packaged a certain way for the same result? Silly. Additionally, the drapery hooks were not included and this was clearly stated in the listing. It was even isolated to its own sentence for easy reading. ?????
