Then another message that UPS lost my package. This was not the fault of the seller. I contacted them and was reassured that I will receive a full refund in 3-5 days. So...excellent service from the seller and eBAy but not good service from UPS.

It was a great value, although I had a bit of difficulty loading it online to my phone. I got a message that I would lose all of my current minutes and time if I proceeded with loading it. I immediately stopped the transmission and called Tracfone's Customer Service. I explained the problem and I was told that they had run across this problem a number of times, so they updated everything on the spot. Success!
